We only treat clients aged 18 or over.

We do not perform treatments during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

No animals are allowed in the clinic or the GP's practice.

For your first appointment, you will complete a medical questionnaire in advance (you will receive the link in the confirmation email).

MAAI CLINIC is not liable for loss or theft of personal property.

If you are running late, please call us immediately. We cannot guarantee your appointment will go ahead.

After the treatment, you will receive a payment request or invoice; payment in installments is not possible.

For cancellations less than 24 hours in advance or in case of no-show, the full amount may be charged.

Filming, photographing or making sound recordings is only permitted with written permission.
